Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and enhance the relationship with existing customers in region changed.
· Responsible for sales growth and sales development efforts in strategy products in the segments of sillicon products
· Develop business and competitive intelligence in applications, market trends, potential customers and competition.
· Implement business strategies to maximize profitable sales, develop and manage strategy business for effective value selling.
· Responsible to strategic account planning efforts and management and take initiative to improve customer satisfaction.
· Displays effective interpersonal & communication skills (internal/external)
· Review monthly sales forecast, sales pipeline and focus sales activities on achievement of the forecast and the AOP.
· Other tasks assigned by superior
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
· Bachelors Degree or above, majored in Chemistry, Fine Chemical is preferred.
· 5-8 years with rich sales development experience and good market/products application knowledge in sillicon industry
· Working experience in Multinational companies, familiar to MNCs’ working processes, culture and global organization working environment is preferred.
· Strong business acumen, action and results orientation.
· Strong learning capability and desire to learn and grow the career through contribution to company’s growth strategy.
