Job Specific Knowledge:
• Familiar with PO terms and condition
• Familiar with local/overseas suppliers
Industry Specific Experience:
• Junior Buyer: 2~5 years initial experience at a junior level performing the assigned tasks under the close supervision of more experienced personnel;
• Buyer: 5~8 years initial experience, performing the assigned tasks under supervision of more experienced personnel;
• Senior Buyer: at least 8 years experience at intermediate level performing the assigned tasks and providing supervision and guidance to assigned personnel;
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
• Bachelor degree or above
IT Skills:
• Proficient in use of computers and commonly-used business software
People Skills:
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
