1.To effectively manage the human capital and resources of the Quality. Get and maintain quality certification. Allowing productive process to be operated with reliable and timely data. Qualify and release finished product on time and ready for the market. 有效管理质量实验室的人力和资源，获得并维护质量认证，确保分析过程及操作可靠和数据及时，按时对成品进行验收和放行，并准备投入市场
2. Establish, implement, review and certificate the quality management system according to the company organization and the requirements of quality management system. 根据公司组织架构 以及质量管理体系的要求建立、实施、评审及认证质量管理体系
3.Organize the staff of the department and coordinate with other departments to prepare quality manual and other quality documents. 组织本部门员工和协调其他部门编写质量手册等质量文件
4.Prepare annual and quarterly work plan for quality management according to the company's objectives and production & sales information.根据公司目标以及生产和销售信息，编制质量管理年度工作计划和季度工作计划 ;
5.Management staff about operation and equipment according to lab procedures to ensure the safety and accuracy of operation.根据实验室操作规程及程序，管理员工操作以及设备，确保操作的安全性，准确性;
6.Ensure that lab analysis (including raw materials, process and finished product) is carried out in accordance with the recipe. And ensure customer required specifications are considered and reflected in the recipe.确保实验室分析(包括原材料，程序及成品 )是按照配方要求进行。同时证实现有客户要求的规格已被考虑并反映在配方中 ;
7.According to the communication with the sales department, summarize the quality complaint information and prepare the quality work report.根据与销售部沟通，汇总质量投诉信息，编写质量工作报告;
8To finish other works assigned by Director. 完成上级领导的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1.Fluent in both oral and written English, good command of computer operation and SAP system.熟练的英语听书写能力，熟练掌握计算机操作 及 SAP系统
2.nderstanding of ISO9001 quality system certification.对质量体系认证 ISO9001相关 知识 有所 了解
3.More than 5 years’ experience in equipment principle, laboratory analysis, etc有5年 以上设备原理 、 实验室分析 等相关经验
4.Good leadership and teamwork spirit. Good communication and coordination skills;有较好 的领导力 和团队合作 精神 有良好的 沟通协调能力
5.Bachelor degree, major in chemical engineering is preferred.本科学历
