Respond to internal and external customer enquiries, complaints and application-related issues. Introduce the existing products & processes to current and potential customers, study on new composite solutions together with customers and ender-users. Initiate, follow-up the requests for technical development activities from customers and prospects in markets.
For nominated accounts act as account manager/contact person technically in charge
Lab & SHE management, Secure recipe management (where recipe responsible) in line with the guidelines from Aliancys.
Business trips and keep contact with customers, distributors and end-users, promoting Aliancys structure resins to them and at industry conference or exhibition by training, demonstrations and presentations, etc.
Make marketing analysis about competitors and their solutions.
Provide technical training to internal staff.
