1. Location: Shanghai or project site
2. Department: Procurement Department
3. Report to: Department Manager
4. Requirements:
4.1 Bachelor Degree in the technical field;
4.2 MEP background or Civil background;
4.3 Above 3~5 years working purchasing experience including the contract management and static/rotating equipment or
mechanical purchase experience;
4.4 Experience in engineering company and experience in multinational engineering company is a plus.
4.5 Integrity;
4.6 Commercial sensitive;
4.7 Good communication skills with a teamwork spirit;
4.8 Good negotiation skills with sufficient attention to details;
4.9 Good command of English.
5. Responsibilities (but not limited to):
5.1 Select and identify, qualify and manage suppliers, vendor and contractors;
5.2 Prepare and check tender documents;
5.3 Assist the suppliers on understanding of design and manufacturing requirements;
5.4 Assist the suppliers for quality improvement;
5.5 Secure on time delivery of all parts and meet the budget.
