职位描述

岗位职责：
1. Establish and manage archives and ledger of unit production facility; 负责本单位生产设备的档案、台帐等基础资料的建立、管理；
2. Review and revise unit production facility maintenance standard; 负责本单位生产设备保养基准的检讨和修订；
3. Be responsible for quality acceptance of unit production facility corrective maintenance, along with tracking, examining and review of effect of periodic maintenance; 负责本单位生产设备故障维修质量的验收及定期保养效果的跟踪检查及检讨；
4. Draw up unit equipment technology monthly report and hand in; 负责本单位设备技术月报的编制和上报工作；
5. Draw up and report monthly unit spare parts and components plan; 负责本单位月度备品配件计划的编制和上报工作；
6. Be responsible for analysis and review of production facility anomalous event; 负责本单位生产设备异常事件的分析和检讨；
7. Provide necessary training to new operators; 负责本单位新进生产操作工的应知培训。
