职位描述：
1. 独立进行文献查阅，并根据已知文献或者给定资料完成各种单元反应。
2. 使用TLC、GC、HPLC等分析工具对反应进行监控。
3. 使用重结晶、柱色谱、蒸馏、酸-碱萃取等各种实验室常用提纯方法纯化中间体及产品。
4. 使用FT-IR、UV-Vis、NMR等表征产物。
5. 向上司提交每周、每月英文技术报告。
任职要求：
1. 学士或硕士学历。
2. 2年以上有机合成、药物化学、精细化学等相关领域内的工作经验。
3. 通过大学英语四级考试（CET-4）。
Position description：
1. Carrying out reference investigation, and according to it or known process conducting different unit reactions independently.
2. Using TLC, GC, HPLC, etc. to trace the reaction.
3. Purifying the intermediates and products in commonly-used recrystallization, column chromatography, distillation, and acid-base extraction manners.
4. Characterizing the products with FT-IR, UV-Vis, NMR, etc. spectrum.
5. Submitting weekly, monthly tech report to supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Master or Bachelor degree.
2. At least two years’ experience in organic chemistry, medicine chemistry or other related fields.
3. Having a certificate of CET-4 (College English Test Band 4).
