职位描述

1 Be responsible for daily administration of the section; 负责本部门的日常行政管理工作；
2 Organize and carry out various electrical & instrument equipments' repair schedule and emergency maintenance; 负责组织实施各类电仪设备检修计划及紧急维修任务；
3 Supervise performance on maintenance regulations of the section, continuously perfect electrical & instrument maintenance regulations and improve maintenance quality; Enhance electrical &instrument equipment management, keep perfecting company's electrical & instrument equipment archives; 负责监督本部门对维修规程的执行，不断完善电仪维修等规程，并不断提高维修质量；加强电仪设备管理，不断完善公司电仪设备档案；
4 Keep good relationship with external relevant government departments, such as power supply bureau, the quality & technology supervision bureau etc.; 负责与外部相关政府职能部门联系，如供电局、技监局等，并保持良好的关系；
5 Improve the quality of staff, keep strengthening the cohesion of staff team and building best company culture; 负责加强员工队伍建设，不断增强员工队伍凝聚力，做好本部门企业文化建设；
6 Formulate responsibilities of subordinates, guide, train, evaluate and assess them; 制定本部门员工工作职责，指导、培训、评估、考核下属的工作；
7 Finish the other tasks be assigned. 完成上级布置的其他工作任务。
