此职位工作地点：浦东金桥，需要进行倒班作业。
要求2年以上工厂操作经验，专科以上学历。有空分装置相关经验优先。
Principal responsibilities
— Maintain safe, reliable and efficient operation for 10~14 ECOVAR plants simultaneously which in unattended sites
— Response to and troubleshoot for process upsets
— Response for process or plant emergencies
— Communicate identified plant problems to site ops team for problem solving
— Communicate plant performance/liquid storage to Logistics and Central Dispatch (National Scheduling Centre in China)
— Identity and communicate with line manager on plant performance improvement initiatives
— Execution of plant loading changes dictated by operations/logistics management
— Maintain day to day operations logs, shift handover
— Plant remote start under site/field assistance
— Case lessons record & reporting
— Plant KPI target tracking & calculation per shift
— Implement the BOP in daily operations
— Plant reliability pre-active manage with site technician
— Respond alone worker alarms from unattended sites/plants
