5年石化及化工行业热能设计，施工，生产工作经验及项目管理经验，熟悉专业应遵循的国际、行业标准规范、设计文件深度规定、设计分工及设计程序，熟悉工程项目管理标准规范
1.University Degree of related Engineering, at least 5 years Petrochemical, Chemical or Coal- chemical projects design /construction working experience;
2.Strong experience and technical background for design, familiar with design procedure and cooperation with other disciplines;
3.Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement;
4.Familiar with local and international engineering Codes and standards, regulations, and the implementation;
5.High responsibility, good teamwork spirit;
6.Good in written and spoken English Desirable Competencies;
