Education
* Bachelor of Engineering, Chemical process is preferred.
* At least five years working experience as a project or design engineer in chemical industry or design institute
* Knowledge of sulphuric acid is an advantage
* Must be fluent in Chinese and English language (Written and spoken)
* Excellent computer skills

* A self starter with plenty of initiative.
* Diligent executor well organized with attention to detail.
* Strong technical and commercial skills
* Strong communication, organization and coordination skills
* Well-structured and logical working manners
* Energetic and enthusiastic.
* Ability to multi-task
* Moderate travelling required
* Being Familiar with China Caustic soda, PVC, thermal process industry will be a strong plus.
* Willingness to take responsibility

Job description, tasks and responsibilities
* Responsible for commercial and technical judgement (e.g. Equipment, civil and piping)
* Conducting assigned engineering work individually or together with Head quarter colleagues
* Participating and taking lead in project meetings
* Assisting Head of project department for controlling of project from contract signature until completion and handing over
* Assisting Head of project department for time management and cost control of project execution within contractual time schedule and budget
* Supervising and controlling of the engineering works executed by local engineering company
* Responsible for co-ordinate with all necessary communication between all parties involved (Customer, design institute and company)
* Optimizing of engineering works and costs
* Support purchasing supervisor to reduce purchasing cost
* Creating and back up the project documentation and data’s
* Taking part in site work when necessary
