This position is responsible for Project management of MTT projects; coordinating and interfacing with other CTCN departments or other Sulzer companies if necessary; coordinating and interface with customers, end clients, licensors, suppliers or other parties if necessary.

Related work experience相关工作经验
- More than one year work experience in Project Management;
- More than one year work experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Refinery Industry;
- More than one year work experience in International Environment preferred;

Formal education or equivalent教育背景
- Technical background Bachelor required,
- A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred

Skills技能
- Fluent both in writing and talking in English
- Good computer application, such as word, excel, powerpoint, etc. (Autocad preferred)
- Good communication

Other其他
- Be fully aware of project status at all times;
- Maintain good relationship with inter-company/outer customer;
- High responsibility;
- Obey all regulation and rules of company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Contract/Scope
- Control contract items, especially scope of delivery, project specifications, executing procedures, documentation requirements, quality demand, delivery time, etc.;
- Conduct project meetings (Kick-Off, internal, pre-inspection, etc.), with agenda, minutes and follow-up actions;
- Negotiating or clarify the change of contract with customer and internal related departments
- Site installation services negotiation and tackling trouble-shooting with TFS member;
- Manage warranty claim and/or complaint from customer side;
Documentation
- Managing contract document;
- Project Progress Report, including Project Executing Planning, Fabrication Planning, etc. to customer;
- Internal and external correspondence management;
- Quality inspection planning management;
- Project close-out report for required projects;
Engineering
- Check and confirm if engineering design planning can meet project requirement;
- Submit drawings to customer as per the required schedule and requirement;
- And acknowledge of drawings confirmation from customer;
- If any delay, coordinate with designer to solve it to meet the related delivery requirement.
Purchasing
- Check and confirm if material requisition has been submitted to procurement;
- Check and confirm if main raw material or special material/hardware schedule can meet project requirement;
- Confirm with buyer on material available on time for projects;
- Check and confirm arrival time of raw material;
- If any delay, coordinate with buyer to solve it to meet project delivery requirement.
Fabrication
- Check and confirm Fabrication Planning can meet project requirement;
- Check fabrication drawings, workshop fabrication preparation, material supply are issued/delivered to fabrication in timely manner;
- Tracking fabrication status;
- If any delay, coordinate with workshop planning to solve it to meet project delivery requirement.
Inspection/QC
- Prepare the customer witness inspection planning, confirm it with workshop planning, and submit for customer to confirm it as early as possible;
- For internal products, ensure final documentation/MDR are prepared by CTCN;
- For 3rd part products, ensure final documentation/MDR are received from subcontractor.

Delivery/Shipping
- Obtain and check Packing List from Production engineer or 3rd party suppliers;
- Issue Packing List (preliminary or final) and shipping notice to customer;
- Provide Shipping Officer with necessary information (shipping date, contactor, address, etc.) and documentation to arrange customer shipments.

Costs, Invoice, Payment
- Control and trace the project cost;
- Review project costs in SAP on regular basis;
- Highlight/investigate significant over budget costs with relevant functional department;
- Deal with variation claims from supplier and customer;
- Prepare, submit VAT invoice to customer in timely manner after delivery according to the contract;
- Be responsible of collecting all payment in time.

Other tasks assigned by managers/ group leader.

- To receive safety production education and training activities.
- To report the Incident and risks to manager or ESH manager whatever it is serious or not.
- To stop any unsafe behavior.
