Principal Accountabilities/岗位职责:
1. Gasification island process s
design including mass and heat balance, PID,PFD, UFD ,design condition for mechanical, instrument and piping,
etc.
气化岛的工艺设计包设计括物料和热量衡算；PID、PFD、UFD、设备、管道、仪表控制条件等。
2. Participate and finalize the
compilation of gasification island PDP for new Project.
参与新项目气化岛工艺包的编写。
3. Solve process problem on
practical using of the technology
解决工厂运行过程中的问题，提出解决方案。
4. Review and comments CDI's design
drawings and scheme, make sure design quality is reasonable.
参与设计院设计图纸审查工作，对技术方案的合理性做出评价。
5. Participate on-spot service jobs during plant
construction, provide support for operation start-up.
参与工厂建设期间的现场服务工作，并为装置开车提供支持。
6. Know well about designing of
fluidized bed and gasification furnace, as well as instruments and valves type
seletion, act as an expert on gasification process.
熟练掌握流化床理论以及流化床气化炉的设计，精通仪表、阀门的选型，成为气化工艺方面的专家。_______________________________________________________________________
Experience And Training Required To Perform Job/任职资格:
1.
Educational background教育背景:
Bachelor or above of Chemical Engineering化学工程专业本科或以上学历。
2. Working experience工作经验
10-15years process design experience in design institute or engineering company
of Chemical Industry. Coal Gasification and/or plant experience is preferred.
10-15年设计院或工程公司的化工工艺设计经验。有煤气化/现场工作经验优先。条件优异者可放宽工作经验要求。
3. Language语言能力:
Good listening speaking, reading and writing in English.
良好的英文听说读写能力。
4. IT application电脑操作能力:
Familiar with Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
熟练运用Microsoft Office系列各种办公软件－如Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook,等进行日常办公；
Good at AutoCAD, Matlab and Aspen plus+ for engineering
design and calculation
精通AutoCAD的工程设计绘图设计软件；可利用Matlab1和Aspen等科学计算软件进行设计计算或过程模拟等。
5. Job skills工作技能:
Good personal communication skills, cooperative and a team-player, good
capability of performance and execution, excellent in locating and cracking problems.
良好的人际沟通能力，善于协作配合，能快速融入工作团队；较强的执行任务、履行职责的能力；优秀的独立分析问题、解决问题的能力；良好的工程设计、建设以及工厂操作经验。
