Main responsibilities主要工作职责
1.EHS
-Follow company EHS procedure
-遵守公司的安全程序
2.Assist Mechanical or Process Engineer for new equipment mechanical installation in Havana project
协助机械或工艺工程师在Havana项目中领导新设备的机械安装
-Work with global and local team on new equipment mechanical installation
-和国内外的团队一起配合完成机械设备的安装
-Follow up and check the MEPI’s work Progress and quality, support the new equipment commissioning
-跟踪和检查机电安装总包的工作进度和质量，支持新设备的调试
-Build up the know-how of new equipments for training and daily work
-建立新设备的知识体系用于培训和日常工作
-Work out preventive maintenance plan for the new equipments
-制定新设备的预防性维护计划
-Prepare training document of the new equipments
-准备新设备的培训文件
-Responsible for regular EHS equipment checking and maintenance
-负责设备常规的安全检查和维护
-Participate the future technical revamp
-参与将来的技术改造
3.to build Maintenance plan relevant to mechanical02
协助机械工程师制定机械相关的体系文件系统
-Prepare the maintenance document management system
-准备维护体系文件管理系统
-Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal operational performance
-负责预防性和预测性的维护计划，确认最优的运营性能
-Carry out tasks of preventative maintenance as defined by the preventative maintenance system
-执行预防性维护计划中定义的维护任务
-Facilitate document audit of the management system，include the special equipment management
-配合体系的文件审查，包括特种设备管理
4.Assist Mechanical Engineer to do MRO spare parts management and tool warehouse management.
协助机械工程师进行备品备件的管理和工具库的管理
-Build the mechanical spare parts master data
-建立机械备件的主数据

Required profile（职位要求）
1.College degree in mechanical Engineering related
大专以上学历，机械工程相关专业
2.More than 5 years’ experience in mechanical installation and commissioning experience.
5年以上机械安装和调试工作经验
3.At least have 2 years’ maintenance experience in chemical or hydrometallurgical plant
至少2年以上化工或者冶金行业维护经验
4.Rich experiences in different device for reactor, filter press, vacuum dryer, pump and valve
对于不同的设备，如反应器，压滤机，真空干燥机，泵，阀门有丰富的安装维护经验
5.Troubleshooting and problem solving skills in reactor, filter press, vacuum dryer, pump and valve
对于不同的设备，如反应器，压滤机，真空干燥机，泵，阀门的问题处理和解决的能力
6.Chemical safety training courses preferable

7.Basic command of English
