We are hiring passionate research scientist to join R&D department. Together with the operating divisions and our academic partners we develop functional materials and systems for high performance and sustainable solutions for our customers in various industries.
Your duties and responsibilities include:

1. Project Execution项目执行:
Work with minimal level of supervision. 在无人监督的情况下能够完成工作职能。Prioritize and manage own work schedule to timely meet project milestones and deadlines. 优先安排和管理自己的工作计划，以及时满足项目里程碑和截止日期。Document, organize and provide concise periodic verbal and written reports on project progress. 编制、组织和定期提供项目进度口头和书面报告。2. Scientific Support科学支持:
Provide scientific advice to all levels of the organization and make scientifically accurate assessments of technologies, processes, products and potential projects as required.为组织各级提供科学建议，并根据需要对技术、过程、产品和潜在项目进行科学准确的评估。
3. Leadership领导力：
Participate in cross functional technical teams as required to deliver on projects and to resolve technical issues. 参与跨部门技术团队合作，完成项目并解决技术问题。Interact with other R&D staff and product managers to gain support for and involvement in projects. 与其他研发人员和产品经理互动沟通，以获得对项目的支持并积极参与。Manage day to day running of chemistry laboratory, purchase of consumables and capital items. 管理化学实验室的日常运作，消耗品和资本项目的采购。Assist in managing the relationship with external contract R&D and manufacturing partners. 协助管理与外部研发和制造合作伙伴的关系。4. Write, follow and maintain ISO procedures as they pertain to the chemistry laboratory and process development.配合化学实验室和工艺开发去编写、执行和维护ISO程序。
QUALIFICATIONS资格要求：
Master or higher degree in organometallic chemistry, organic chemistry, doctorate degree preferred. 硕士及以上学历，有机金属化学、有机化学或其他相关专业，博士学位优先。
Extensive knowledge and experience in organic/organometallic synthesis. OK without working experience. Outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable. 需要有丰富的有机或有机金属的合成知识和经验，工作经验不限，优秀应届生亦可。
Analytical know-how, structured and systematic way of working as well as a high level of determination. 有分析能力，有条理和系统的工作方式，有高度的决心。

Project and presentation management skills.有项目和演讲管理技能。
