- Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard Participate actively in department/plant safety programs. Promote safety rules and regulations

- Investigate DCS equipment failures, determine cause of failure, and recommend appropriate solutions to reduce reoccurrence of/or eliminate cause of failure.
调查DCS设备失效，判断根源分析，找到合适的解决方法来减少再发生并排除故障的根源。
- Support Operational needs with attention to tuning, logic, trips and alarms, as well as developing new graphics.
全力支持操作人员在PID参数调整、逻辑优化、停车和报警管理方面的需要，根据需要开发新的图表算法。
Provide recommendations for instrumentation upgrades or enhancements.
提供仪表升级和功能增强的方面建议。
- Provide timely support in resolving control problems across the site, which may include DCS installations, field devices, or communication networks. Assist in testing of troubleshooting of hardware and software.
及时解决现场和DCS控制问题，包括DCS安装、现场机柜间、网络连接、控制系统硬件和软件等问题。
- Recommend and specify ations and revisions to improve DCS equipment requirement and/or system reliability/capacity.
推荐和确定必要的变更和修改来不断改善DCS设备和系统的可靠性和能力。
- Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of preventative/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve overall plant on stream capability.
帮助制订、实施、定期检查预防性维修程序来减少净化装置的非计划性停车和提高其在线运行能力。
- Keep abreast of and evaluate new DCS methodologies, work practices, equipment, instrumentation, controls, technology, etc., for application and use within the plant.
负责对DCS系统管理的新方法、工作实践及仪表控制技术等进行研究和评判，如果适用，在净化装置内推广。
- Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns. Provide technical and hands on support as required during shutdowns.
参与小修和大修的计划和执行，在装置开停车时提供技术支持。
- DCS spare parts inventory review and parts purchasing support technically, effort in plant reliability improvement.
负责DCS备件库存检查和从技术上支持DCS备件采购，以提高工厂可靠性。
JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）
Candidates for this position with be evaluation on the basis of the following: 候选人任职资格
- Be honest and responsible诚实，有责任心
- College or university graduated higher education holder in instrument automation.
自动化专业大专或大学学历。
- Preferred the relative working experience in a Coal to Syngas Purification Facility (including ITCC for turbine-driven compressor), 5 years’ DSC management experience is required.
5年煤制合成气净化装置（含透平压缩机组ITCC）DCS 管理和维护工作经验
- Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable with English language.

- Able to work independently as well as in a team player.
