PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
In support of site EH&S Manager:
Support the facility functions at the site as an active IH role. Advise and collaborating with management to resolve occupational health issues. Work closely with external parties to monitor and assess employees' exposure to health risks, and to measure the effectiveness of occupational health programs, policies, and procedures. Oversee occupational health programs including, hearing protection, respiratory protection, BBP, first aid, health hazard assessment, ergonomics etc. at all facilities, and conduct regular audits. Ensure employee/contractor awareness of occupational health and safety concerns, programs, and regulations by conducting training and presentations. Be engaged in developing occupational health related documentations and updating as appropriate to meet local regulations. Actively participate in field inspection to identify potential occupational hazards and mitigate/control properly. Participate and follow up on facility inspection items. Involve in incident reporting/investigation/analysis/tracking corrections. Additional EHS tasks, as assigned by EHS manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）
Candidates for this position with be evaluated on the basis of the following:
1. Track record of success on occupational safety and health fields.
2. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
3. 5+ years of work experience in a similar role.
4. Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
5. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, ability to learn new processes;
6. Ability to work well with others at all organizational levels, must be a team player
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
8. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, English reading ability is required.
