Responsibilities/职责：
• Comply with SSHE policy, procedures and work guidelines of the
company.
遵守公司SSHE政策、程序和工作指令。
• Understands the requirements and executes assigned work in accordance
with the Site Safety Standards, Mechanical Work Practices, Work Permit
system, Operation Integrity Management System (OIMS) & Global
Reliability System (GRS) requirements with a safe, reliable and right
first time approach.
了解公司安全标准、维修制度、工作许可证制度以及公司运营一体化（OIMS）和可靠性（GRS）的要求，并按照上述公司要求安全可靠地完成指定的工作。
• Perform pre-task preparations for his / her assigned work. (e.g.
procedures, permits, JLAs, tools, etc.)
做好指定工作的准备工作（如：程序、工作许可证、工作风险分析（JLA）、工具等）。
• Troubleshoot plant problems in assigned unit / area.
完成指定装置和区域的设备故障排除。
• Provide accurate task status to First Line Supervisor (FLS), close out
the daily permits with necessary feedback to Operations and
maintenance history in SAP as applicable.
提供准确的工作完成情况给一线主管，关闭工作许可证并向操作人员反馈工作情况，在SAP系统中更新设备的维修历史记录。
• Participate in emergency drills.
参加应急演练。
• Complete assigned training modules timely and stay current in his
craft knowledge.
及时完成指定的培训课程，并保持所需的专业知识。
• Proactively communicate with Team on Safety / Quality / Productivity
concerns or issues.
积极报告安全、质量和效率的担忧和问题。
• Demonstrate leadership skills and ongoing proficiency in all aspects
of the work carried out within the inter craft team.
具有一定的团队领导技巧和熟练本专业的维修技术。
• Assist FLS by leading team to manage activities such as shutdown work.
协助一线主管带领团队管理一些工作，如停工检修工作。
• Participate PSSRs as assigned by First Line Supervisor.
参与一线主管指派的PSSR（开工前安全审查）。
• Anticipate and address safety / reliability issues. Escalates to First
Line Supervisor as needed.
预判和指出安全和可靠性的问题，必要时提交给主管。
• Actively seeks out and captures efficiencies during the execution of
work.
积极寻找和记录改善工作效率的方法。
• Provides coaching and guidance to other members of the team informally
and as a mentor.
作为师傅，积极向其他技术员提供正式和非正式的教导和指引。
• Independent Contributor - works with limited supervision.
具有独立工作能力。
• Proactively resolves issue within Team and co-workers, and escalates
to FLS as needed.

• Works well with other functions. (e.g. Process, Engineering, etc.)

Qualifications/要求：
• Technical school or above in major of Instrument, Analyzer and
related.
职业技术学院及以上，仪表、分析仪表及相关专业毕业。
• Minimum 5 years working experience in oil or petrochemical maintenance
related experience.
5年以上炼油或石化厂维修相关经验。
• Skilled in the following areas具有以下专业技术：
o Identifies/ rectifies faults in online analyzers, e.g, PGC and
network, Gas Analyzers, Liquid Analyzers, CEMS (Continuous Emissions
Monitoring System), Effluent analyzers, Gas Detectors and other
analyzers.
在线分析仪表故障判断和校正，如：在线GC分析仪、气体分析仪、液体分析仪、尾气排放连续监测系统、污水分析仪、气体检测仪以及其它分析仪表。
o Installation and maintenance of analyzer including the sample
conditioning system.
分析仪以及取样系统的安装与维修
o Skilled in the use of measuring tools such as multi-meter, voltage
tester, electronic oscilloscope, etc.
熟练使用测量工具， 如：万用表、电压表、示波器等
o Perform routine preventive maintenance of analyzer systems.
o 分析仪表系统的日常预防性维护。
• Proficient in PC skills.
精通计算机操作。
• Basic English capability is necessary.
具有基本的英语水平。
