职位描述

Responsibility • Collect the documents related to laws & regulations of safety production through various channels, and issue them on the company web site. • Organize all disciplines to review the Company’s applicable HSSE laws & regulations every year, find out the gap, follow up and implement the rectification of the gap. • Development of statutory review report. • Comply with SSHE related law and regulation, execute company SSHE policy guideline, and strictly follow company various HSSE and fire safety management system. • Timely report incident, participate in incident investigation & analysis and experience sharing. • Receive HSSE training, and get familiar with job position related safety production knowledge (alarm, self-rescue and mutual rescue). • Assistance in safety inspection by the government. Requirements • Bachelor degree or above in chemistry & chemical, and Safety Engineering. Medium-grade professional title or above or registered safety engineer professional title • Minimum 8 years work experience in Petrochemical industry and have at least 3 years’ working experience in HSSE management • Experience in international projects, MNC or JV is an advantage. • Know relevant national HSSE laws and regulations • Have good safety and control awareness • Have the ability to handle all kinds of work independently • Have good cooperation awareness and teamwork skills • Have certain organization and coordination ability • Have certain work innovation ability • Have the basic knowledge of unit operation, equipment, technologies and petrochemical products • Have reputation for setting high standard and continuous improvement • Can use English for daily • Effective communication, adaption in multi-functional and culture environment • Good Listening, Oral and written communication skills.
