职位描述

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Primary point of contact for Hui Zhou Project polymer unit run-plan and raw material (Chem/Cats/Packaging) scheduling related activities
• Develop and lead run-plan alignment involving Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Business, steward production performance and lead break-in management
• Maintain GEMS data and accuracy (Bill of Materials master data, safety-stock values proposed by ERMO, etc)
• Drive production planning improvement initiatives
• Interface with suppliers and other EM organizations to ensure feedstock and raw materials availability meeting the requirements of business and compliance
• Drive Security of Supply for raw materials with Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Business
• Maintain and monitor SFB (Supplier Feedback)

Pre-Startup Responsibilities
• Support the development of HCC Site Supply Chain Procedures and JLAs
• Support the development of PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling), MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and ERMO setup for HCC Site Supply Chain
• Develop Material Master data (Bill of Materials, etc) in GEMS and safety-stock values proposed by ERMO

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering or Logistics
• Work experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, OIMS , Business Control, Trade Regulation, GPQMS (Global Product Quality Mgt System), CFB (Customer Feedback) etc.
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively interface with third party service providers
• Effective team player – have to work in cross functional teams consisting of members from service providers, site supply chain, technical engineers, quality engineers, business
• Self-driven and ability to influence without authority
• Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese
