PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责

Responsible for supporting the monitor to complete daily safety production activities management of the shift team负责支持班长完成班组的日常安全生产管理工作Responsible for production process monitoring and parameters adjustment（authorized by the monitor）, and operational discipline assurance in daily operation负责生产工艺的监控和参数调整(由班长授权)，负责班组日常操作过程中的操作纪律保证工作Reporting the abnormalities of the process, it is encouraged to do troubleshooting and RCA及时汇报非正常的工艺状态，鼓励进行异常原因的分析调查Assistant to maintain/manage operation related document management system to improve the system continuously协助操作/管理文档系统使之不断优化Other operation related activities were assigned其他被安排的与操作相关的活动

JOB REQUIREMENTS 工作需求
