Objectives:
Optimization of technical process and operations to fulfill the Q-EHS requirement of BASFMain contact person of process safety of resin plant and responsible for activities related to process safetyMain Tasks:
Define record and control the technical and process-relevant KPIs (e.g. quality of process control, alarm-management…)Realize detailed -cause-analysis (process focused)Drive and ensure the realization of EHS reviews for all processesResponsible for the sustainable use and application of optimization tools (e.g. Lean-Tools)Realize the briefing of employees regarding equipment- and process-changes (MOC) including training courses.Share process optimization ideas and concept within the BU and in others BASF divisionsContact person for the further development of the processesContact person for the process safety topics and responsible to realized process safety measuresInitiate plant- and equipment-changes/modifications (process focused)Responsible for the documentation of process-changes (MOC)Responsible for the optimization of the processes (unit operations and work-processes)Participate in the development of the EC safety concept by proposing process improvements in EHS domain. Collaborate with the BU experts.Optimize the handling and operating concept of the plantRequirements:
Education: Mater Degree in Chemical EngineeringWorking Experience: ≥5 yearsTechnical & Professional Knowledge: fluent English skill and computer skill, good communication ability and interpersonal understanding
