职责描述:
1 执行或协助指定的销售活动。遵守指示及审批权限。
Performs nominated sales activities. Maintain adherence to directions and approval matrix.
2 执行各项业务发展类工作程序及其他相关程序;对持续改进现有工作流程及业务活动/程序提出适当的建议。
Implement the business development procedures and other relevant procedures; suggest continuous improvement to current work process and overall business activities/procedures as appropriate.
3 协助销售主管锁定业务机会。
Support Sales Supervisor in opportunity positioning process.
4 协助完成潜在项目从最初筛查到合同关闭的项目追踪期间的工作。在销售追踪过程中咨询并协同其他职能单位。
Coordinate in potential project pursuit from initial screening to contract closure. Consult and align with other functions throughout the project pursuit.
5 协助与现有及潜在业主发展并维持客户关系,促进已在执行项目的客户关系。协助销售主管与公司其他职能部门协同客户联络事宜。协助客户来访,并为来访开展必要的准备工作。
Coordinate in development and maintenance of customer relationship with the existing and potential clients. Foster positive client relations on ongoing projects. Support Sales Supervisor in coordinating client’s contacts with other company functions. Assist on client visits andconduct necessary preparation to support the visiting.
6 参与具体项目的投标过程,包括内部投标相关的各项活动、对外与业主在期间保持联络。
Lead the bidding process of the specific projects, including relevant internal bidding activities such as management reviews and approvals.
7 参与商务标书的准备过程并提出相关建议,与销售主管及/或投标经理/市场专员协同完成标书编制,按照要求提交标书文件并跟进有关的销售活动。
Lead the preparation of commercial proposals and make commercial recommendations. Coordinate with Sales Supervisor and proposal manager and Marketing Coordinator to complete the proposal. Deliver proposal packages to clients by complying with client required procedure and following up with clients as necessary..
8 协助合同主管/合同专员在合同谈判阶段工作及合同条款批准过程。参与新授标合同由业务发展阶段向运营阶段的交接。
Work with Contracts Supervisor ro coordinate activities during contract negotiation and assist on approving process of contractual terms. Participate in the handover process of new awards from the Business Development to the project execution team.
9 建立并维护与公司内部各工作层级的工作关系,以提高业务发展部门有效服务业主客户的能力。
Establish and maintain working relationships in various working levels within the company that will enhance the ability of the Business Development department to effectively serve the clients.
10 通过高效的手段组织并按优先顺序处理多项工作,并满足重要的时间节点要求。
Organize and prioritize a variety of multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.
11 保持与一切适用政策、程序和标准的合规性。
Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards.
12 遵循并拥护公司的健康、安全与环境保护政策。
Adhere to and support the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policies.
14 遵守出勤要求。完成其他被安排的任务。
Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality. Other duties as assigned.
15 协助销售主管完成各类销售活动,包括联系业主、跟踪具体项目、为销售活动准备必要资料,按照公司审批流程,完成标书的内部审批,向销售主管/部门经理报告工作。
Assist Sales Supervisor on all aspects of Sales, including contact with the clients, pursue the specific projects, work closely with the proposal team to prepare the necessary materials for submitting the tenders as well as for internal approvals. This position will report the Sales Supervisor/Department Manager on a day to day basis.

Commerce and management, Engineering or relevant majors
3、海洋工程或陆上工程建造、销售
Offshore and/or onshore engineering fabrication; sales
4、海洋工程或陆上工程建造行业销售/市场开发、或商务经验
Sales/marketing or commercial experience in offshore and/or onshore engineering industry
