职位描述

1. Key Result Area :
Operation and maintenance of silo and packaging machines (bagging, palletizing, stretch hood)
Major activities:
Daily operation / maintenance
Preventive maintenance
Outcome:
No machines trouble of silo and packaging machines that negatively affects daily packaging volume.
2. Key Result Areas :
Making sure packed goods GR correctly in system comparing with actual packed volume.
Major Activities:
- Identify any error during GR via iScan to SAP.
- Coordinate with IT service in case any problem from iScan
- Establish KPI and procedure for forklift operation
- Monitor forklift operation without operation interruption
Outcome:
Ensure system receipt volume in line with actual packed volume.
3. Key Result Areas :
People management for service provider and sub-contractor
Major Activities:
- Training of work process and safety for service provider
- Upgrade work process for packaging.
- Improvement managing sub-contract with evaluation tool and co-work
Outcome:
Management of stable and upgrade service provider through the training for follow-up SOP and
operation optimization.
4. Key Result Areas :
SHE & QM activities
Major Activities:
- Preparation for audit (Asset care, INEOS audits)
- Co-ordinate for auditing of ISO & other country and chemical industry regulation
- Check and revise for the safety on the field
- Maintenance of QA & SHE documents list-up, filing, revision
- Investigation report for NCM
Outcome:
No violation of SHE rules and on-time reporting on demand.
Required profile:
• University graduated.
• Work experience of more than 5 years equipment/facility related.
Experience in general:
• Experience or understanding about preventive maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge with concentrated experience in packaging equipment/facilities
• Knowledge of Chinese chemical industry including chemical management and labor regulations
Technical skills:
• SAP understanding and operation
• Computer operation skill including MS Office
