职位描述

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. IG China plant project follow up for requisition identification/scope clarification and front end engineering (PDE) *.
2. Work with teams of operation / process safety / PPE to organize project design hazard review(DHR) activities and related follow up action.
3. Work with technical function team to lead project equipment specifying and selecting work.
4. Organize project detail engineering follow up.
5. Readily applies basic engineering principals to solve project detail design issues.
6. Development of detail project cost and schedule.
7. Support E&M on project equipment / material purchasing, in direction of low cost pursuit.
8. Accountable for project site safety, site installation / construction work execution, closely work with plant operation team, to ensure AP EHS standards, specifications and plant operation procedures are strictly followed when execution.
9. Accountable for project Operation Readiness Inspection (ORI) on time and related action follow-up.
10. Work with ops / PPE team, to support project commissioning / start-up activities.
11. Accountable for project as built documents preparation in place and handed over to operation team after project is completed.
12. Report to PPO manager on project status and costs and issues.
13. Any other duties deemed necessary by the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. College degree, engineering disciplines a plus.
2. At least 5 plus years work experiences in chemical and petrochemical industry, experiences on track record of engagement of large project / plant project a plus.
3. Skilled and experience in relevant software/tools like MS Projects, MS Office and SAP.
4. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
5. Self-motivated, team player, working independently with focus on result and achievement.
6. Strong communication skills and Inter personal skills.
