岗位概述：
（1）Participates in resolution of supplier, manufacturing and/or customer problems related to Quality.? 负责供应商、来料、半成品、成品及客户端产品的质量管理?
（2）Responsible for the daily management of the quality inspection center.负责检测中心的日常管理工作
岗位职责：
（1）Responsible for problems solving onsite, product quality MRB, and RCA for issues.协调现场的质量控制、产品质量评审及质量事故的RCA，并组织质量改进
（2）Assist quality manager to analyze and solve customer complaints to ensure the satisfaction of customer.协助质量经理跟踪、处理和解决客户质量问题，满足内、外部客户的质量需求，不断提高客户满意度
（3）Regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory testing equipment, establishing a list of laboratory consumables and purchasing them in time.对实验室的检测设备定期维护、校验，建立实验室易耗品清单并能及时采购
（4）Gradually build inventory of equipment perishable parts to prevent test interruptions.针对设备易坏部件逐步建立库存防止测试中断
（5）Prepare and? ? quality and inspection related document.编制及更新质量及检验相关文件
（6）Establish and optimize quality testing methods to support testing，doing regular MSA for laboratory.建立并优化质量检测方法，定期对实验员和检测设备做MSA。
（7）Standardize the chemical management in the laboratory, standardize the hazardous waste treatment process, and prevent personnel from being injured.规范实验室的化学品存储、使用，规范危废处理流程，防止人员受到伤害
（8）Check the test data in time. If the data exceeds the standard, the unqualified disposal order will be issued in time and tracked.及时分享检测数据，如发生不合格时，及时开出不合格处置单并追踪
任职要求：
（1）Major in chemistry and related, can operate chemical instrument, and know the principles of test, and over 3 years work experience.化学类及化学工程类相关专业，熟练操作常用化学仪器，熟悉各种化学检测设备、检测方法及检测原理，有3年以上相关检测经验
（2）Excellent data concept, proficient in computer operation, and able to use office software very skillfully.数据观念强，电脑操作熟练，能够非常纯熟使用Office软件
（3）Master QC 7 tools，MSA and 8D report, and understand GB2828. 01 and 6-sigma related knowledge.熟练掌握QC 七大工具、MSA分析，8D报告，6-sigma等相关知识
（4）Familiar with the characteristics of laboratory-related hazardous chemicals and can take measures to prevent personal injury.熟悉实验室相关危险化学品的特性并能采取措施防止人员受伤
（5）Familiar with various laboratory testing instruments and testing principles, and able to maintain.熟悉实验室各种检测仪器、测试原理，并能做维护，统筹公司测试设备的仪校
（6）Have received ISO management system knowledge training, and be able to write documents and related reports independently.了解ISO管理体系知识培训，能独立撰写文件及相关报告
（7）Excellent coordination and team management skills.具有良好的任务协同和团队管理能力
（8）Bachelor’s degree (inclusive) or above.大专学历（含）以上?
（9）Minimum of 3 years experience in this position.3年以上本岗位类似工作经验
