PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责）
1.Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, Basic Safety Practices and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.
确保遵守美联社和当地的安全、健康和环境标准,满足强制性的安全要求和活动:安全培训、安全会议、基本安全实践和所有其他需求由美联社、健康和当地法规。
2.Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements.
监控工厂设备和设施的服务能力,确保他们遵守安全、管理和环境的要求。
3.Responsible for the maintenance of all pressure vessels, tanks, relief valves, exchangers, pipe line, flare detections, life support system, critical safety system and all types of rotating equipment (Pumps, turbines and compressors, Coal Millersetc) and other mechanical system.

4.Support in inspection planning, code design, regulatory compliance, quality control standard, equipment repair, and fitness for service.

5.Support to develop Inspection Planning and Repair Procedures.
支持制定检查计划和维修程序。
6.Interpretation of corporate standards as well as “recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices” such as ASME and GB Codes and API Documents to site.
解释公司的标准以及“公认和普遍接受良好的工程实践”如ASME和GB码和API文档。
7.Performing equipment design, inspection, fitness for service evaluations and failure analysis for mechanical integrity system Development and updating of corporate standards

8.Implement and manage engineering requirements to satisfy equipment ion, maintenance and reliability initiatives

9.Inspect Pressure Systems (including Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Fired Heaters, Reformers, Storage Tanks, furnace, Piping) during plant outages / normal operation and evaluate results for recommend repair, Input for development and maintenance of Pressure System standards, procedures, best practices, inspection contracts and contractor service.
检查压力系统(包括压力容器、热交换器、加热器,改革者,储罐,炉、管道)在植物中断/正常操作和评估结果建议修复,输入压力系统开发和维护的标准、程序、最佳实践、检验服务合同和承包商
10.Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations.
响应维护需求,可以计划内或计划外/紧急工作,在24/7的基础上,及时响应请求援助和投入时间和精力来满足客户的期望。
11.To be familiar with all equipment in Gasification Facility, maintain all mechanical equipment accurate documents integrity and equipment history reachable.
熟悉所有设备在气化设备,维护所有机械设备准确文件完整性和设备历史数据库访问。
12.Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible.
提供手把手技术在故障诊断和所有相关的维护工作或支持工作负责。
13.Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work and tasks, troubleshooting, repair for all responsibly equipment.

14.Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.

15.Continually to drive productivity and cost savings and enhancement through improved work process and equipment performance. Initiate and Implement continuous improvement saving projects.

16.Reporting-Time entry weekly, and prepare technical reports either written or through entries into the resource management system to maintain accurate documentations on the Gasification facility, and to provide information for others in the organization to carry out their responsibilities effectively.

17.Provide mechanical system diagnostics services in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues using vibration diagnostics tools and failure analysis techniques. This includes issuing failure analysis reports and cost effective recommendations for reliability improvements.

18.Develop mechanical equipment job-packs for major overhauls and repair.

19.Initiate and implement reliability and/or efficiency improvement initiatives and best practices on operating machinery and focus on CoNC(cost of non-compliance)

20.Provide installation and commission support for new large machinery [eg. Compressors, turbines.]

21.Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns. Provide technical and hands on support as required during shutdowns.

22.Spare parts inventory review and parts purchasing support technically, effort in plant reliability improvement.

23.Keep abreast of and evaluate new methodologies, work practices, for application and use within the plant.

24.Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of preventative/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve Gasification Facility on stream capability.

25.Execute the preventive maintenance tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）

2.Educational: Diploma or higher education holder in Mechanical/Machinery Engineering.
教育:大专以上，机械/机械工程相关专业。
3.Working Experience: The minimum requirements for the machinery/mechanical engineer’s position are 5+ years’ experience in Pulverization Coal Gasification Facility mechanical maintenance experiences, especially 5+ years’ experience in AP Gasification Facility mechanical maintenance experiences. Desirable to have Piping stress analysis experience.

4.The engineer should be familiar with basic math, precision measuring, and materials of mechanical.
