物流协调(Logistics Coordinator)_欧洲知名的石化工程承包公司

主要职责:
1. Logistics Management:
• Oversee and manage all logistics activities related to the movement of materials and equipment for EPC projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Evaluate packaging sizes and loading plans, considering package stackability to improve transportation efficiency (trucks/barges/vessels/railway). Perform site visits to vendor workshops to streamline loading processes.
• Actively engage with vendors to understand and expedite shipping requirements, address specific needs, accelerate shipping processes, and identify the best transportation methods and solutions proactively.
• Frequent visits to the vendor's premises to ensure communication channels are maintained and timely preparation of cargo for shipping, attendance at loading operations both at the vendor's workshop, intermediate transshipment points, and port of loading. This includes managing cargo safety, loading conditions, stowage, and sea-fastening at all stages of transportation. It also involves continuous process improvement, reporting, and educating vendors and freight forwarders according to Tecnimont standards and requirements.
2. Transportation Planning and Freight Forwarder Coordination:
• Develop efficient transportation plans in collaboration with freight forwarders to ensure the timely and safe delivery of materials to project sites, covering all transportation modes.
3. Monitoring and Control:
• Continuously monitor the status of ongoing shipments, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and delivery schedules.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
• Manage all transportation-related documentation, maintain detailed records, and compile regular performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Archive and maintain control of all transportation documentation.
5. Internal Coordination:
• Collaborate with the SHANGHAI POST-ORDER team to ensure early involvement in the vendor's production status and shipping preparation. Expedite shipping processes to maintain an updated look-ahead schedule, facilitating effective CNT and bulk vessel pre-booking.
• Collaborate and report to the LOGISTICS PROJECT TEAM BASED IN MILAN, Italy, to ensure alignment of transportation activities with project requirements.
• Maintain and enhance accurate 6-month look-ahead plans regularly.

要求：
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills, excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure with keen attention to detail.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics and transportation or freight forwarding.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of national and international transportation regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills.
