岗位职责：
• Operate the AS/RS system to make sure all finished goods can be stored timely. Any violations both physical and system should be rejected until all issues are solved.
操作自动化立体库完成成品的及时入库，对于入库的异常，无论实物还是系统，应在第一时间停止作业并反馈，在不影响生产的情况下应拒绝入库，直到问题得到解决。

• Support order office to complete cycle count in warehouse to make sure inventory accuracy.
协助系统操作员完成仓库内的循环盘点工作，确保仓库内的库存准确率。
• Purged defective and suspicious finished goods to purge locations both physically and system to make sure physical goods can match with book.
及时将不良品、异常物品进行隔离并放入对应隔离区内，并确保系统与实物数量和状态一致。
• All scrapped finished goods should be transferred to the hazardous waste warehouse and transactions should be done timely.
及时将需要报废的物料按照正确流程交接给危废仓，并确保系统及时更新。
• According to the daily shipment plan, retrieve the finished goods from AS/RS system and stored to the shipping area in sequence.
根据当日出货计划提前将当日要出货的成品出库并按照装车顺序摆放在待装车区域。
• Complete picking, weighing, labeling, and packing for all bulk shipments as scheduled.
根据出货计划，完成好散装成品出货的备货、称重、标签打印和粘贴、打包工作。
• According to the daily shipment plan, complete the truck safety check before loading and keep the record. If there is any violations, the operation should be stopped immediately and reported to the shift leader or supervisor.
根据每日的出货计划,完成好成品发货前车辆的安全检查并做好记录，有异常应立即停止作业并反馈给当班领班或主管。
• According to the daily shipment plan, use the forklift to load the correct quantity of the correct product to the correct vehicle within the specified time and ensure quality.
根据每日出货计划，操作叉车在规定的时间内，保证质量的前提下将正确数量的正确产品装到正确的车上。
• Complete daily 5S and safety inspections to ensure good 5S status. Immediately report any safety hazards found and take necessary preventive actions to prevent accidents.
完成每日自己负责区域内的5S和安全巡检，确保好的5S状态。立即主动上报发现的安全隐患，并采取必要的预防措施防止事故发生。
• Complete daily maintenance of the equipment, to ensure that the equipment can keep in good working condition.
做好每日工作的设备的自主保养工作，确保仓库内的设备保持良好的工作状态。
• Complete forklift self-maintenance and charging on time, record equipment abnormalities, and report to shift lead or supervisor, and if the equipment or forklift has issues should be stopped immediately.
及时做好叉车的充电和自主维护，记录好工作时的设备异常并及时汇报异常。对于异常叉车等设备应立即停止操作。
• Maintain the workplace and working environment in accordance with the safety regulations of the plant and the EHS policy of the company to meet the requirements of safe work and efficient production activities.
根据装置的安全规定以及公司的EHS方针，保持工作场所和工作环境以达到安全工作和高效生产活动的要求。
• Supervise and correct the behavior of internal and external personnel on the site in accordance with EHS standards and shift lead's instructions to ensure the safe condition of the equipment and perform supervision duties on the activities of external personnel in the warehouse area.
根据EHS标准和领班的指令，监督和纠正内部和外部人员在操作现场的行为以确保装置的安全状态，行使对外来人员在仓库内活动的监督职责。
• Support the shift lead to be well prepared to pass the internal and external audits.
协助轮班领班及时做好准备确保顺利通过内部、外部的各项检查和审核。
• To complete handover with the next shift team.
应与下一班次的人员做好班次交接。
• Active contribution to EHS objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment.
积极对EHS目标作出贡献，遵守质量、安全、健康和环境相关协议。
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
• Minimum 2-year experience in warehouse-related Work experience in the chemical industry is preferred.
具备2年及以上的仓库工作经验。有化工行业工作经验者，优先考虑。
• Reliable and independent: Assurance of quality and safety in an automated environment as well as technical specifications and standards.
可靠独立：在自动化环境下，保证现场物流操作符合EHS、质量、成本和可靠性，以及技术规范和标准的要求。
• Communication: Efficiently communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like customers, suppliers, LSP and relevant employees.
沟通交流：具备与内、外部接口（如客户、供应商、承运商及相关员工等）有效沟通的能力。
• Products and transportation safety: Knowledge about the chemical products in scope as pre-requisite for safety operation. Based on that profound knowledge with regards to the EHS/TDS regulations in the field of work (dangerous goods, labelling, shipping documents, segregation of goods, behavior in case of process safety incidents, load securing, etc.).
产品和运输安全：化工产品知识是安全处理的先决条件。在此基础上，对工作领域的EHS/TDS法规有深刻的了解（危险货物，标签，运输文件，货物隔离，安全事故应急行为，装载安全等）。
• Process: The employees know all possibly ongoing processes of order management, transportation management and import / export operations, to take adequate and comprehensive action in case of an incident and to report about the incident.
工作流程：了解单证管理业务过程中所有可能正在进行的工作流程，以便在发生事故时采取充分和全面的行动，并如实汇报相关情况。
• IT software: Proficiency in MS office.
IT软件：熟练使用办公软件。
• Knowledge of ERP system, and ability to operate SAP system is preferred.
