职位需求：
1. 本科以上学历，安全工程或化工相关专业或国家安全工程师证书（危险品类）。
2. 要求5年以上EHS相关工作经验，有化工行业背景者优先。
3. 要求CET-4，能够用英语进行日常工作交流。
4. 要求熟练的的电脑和办公软件操作。

工作内容：
1. 按照 EHSS 经理的指示确保环境、健康、安全和安保法规合规性。
2. 日常安全演练/组织公司检查。
3. 每日安全承诺报告 - 内部和外部。
4. 承包商培训、文书工作准备和 EHS 现场监督。
5. 当地应急局网站管理。
6. 安全设施管理（进行检查、跟踪和填写记录）。
7. 特殊工作许可管理（提供服务并填写许可证）。
8. 现场化学品管理和现场SDS管理。
9. 易制毒化学品管理系统/易制爆化学品管理系统管理（采购、库存）。
10. 参加当地应急局的检查，并跟进完成纠正措施。
11. 参加EHSSMS审核。
12. 特种设备管理。
13. 防雷检查。
14. EHSS经理安排的其他公司所需工作。

Job requirements:
1.Require the bachelor's degree, major in Safety Engineering or Chemical related or Chemical related or National Safety Engineer certificate (Hazardous good category).
2.Required at least 5 years EHS relevant working experience; Chemical industry background is preferred.
3.Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English. CET 4 is required.
4.Computers and MS Office software skill are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1.Ensure Environment Health Safety and Security regulatory compliance as directed by the EHSS manager.
2.Daily safety walkthrough/organize the company inspection.
3.Daily safety commitment report - Internal and external.
4.Contractor training, paperwork preparation and EHS site supervision.
5.Local Emergency Bureau website management.
6.Safety facilities management (Perform the inspection, tracking and filling the record).
7.Special work permit management (Provide the service and filling the permit).
8.Site chemical management and site SDS management.
9.Precursor chemical system/potential explosive chemical system management (Purchase, Inventory).
10.Attend the local Emergency Bureau's inspection and working on the follow -up of corrective actions until closure.
11.Attend EHSSMS audit.
12.Special equipment management.
13.Lightning protection inspection.
14.Other company required works arranged by EHSS Manager.
