职责描述：
1. 负责机械/暖通调试文件的编制工作；负责机械/暖通调试计划制定和进度控制；负责机械/暖通调试的前期准备工作；负责机械/暖通调试工作的现场实施；负责机械/暖通专业的调试报验和尾项处理；协助调试经理和调试主管完成其他工作。
Responsible for the preparation of Mechanical/HVAC commissioning documents; responsible for making Mechanical/HVAC commissioning plan and schedule control; responsible for the preparatory work of Mechanical/HVAC commissioning; responsible for the site implementation of Mechanical/HVAC commissioning; responsible for the commissioning inspection and handling of punch items; assist the commissioning manager or commissioning supervisor to complete other work.
2. 负责所参与项目机械/暖通专业的预调试和调试工作；
Responsible for the Mechanical/HVAC pre-commissioning & commissioning in project
3. 负责制定项目的机械/暖通调试工作计划；
Be responsible for making the Mechanical/HVAC commissioning schedule.
4. 负责机械/暖通调试技术文件的编制、校对与审核工作；
Be responsible for the preparation, check and review of the Mechanical/HVAC commissioning documents.
5. 负责所参与项目机械/暖通调试准备工作，如测试设备、调试材料和资源等等；
Be responsible for the preparation of Mechanical/HVAC commissioning, such as test equipment, material, resources, etc.
6. 负责现场机械/暖通调试工作的组织和具体实施；
Be responsible for Organization and implementation of on-site Mechanical/HVAC commissioning;
7. 负责所参与项目的调试管理工作；
Responsible for the commissioning management in project.
8. 负责机械/暖通调试计划的执行和质量控制；
Responsible for the execution of commissioning plan and quality control in project.
9. 识别、消减和控制本专业的管理风险和技术风险；
Identify, reduce and control the risk of management and technical of Mechanical.
10. 负责与业主、项目组与详细设计等各方面的沟通协调；
Be responsible for communication and coordination with client, PMT, detailed design and other departments.
11. 协助调试经理完成其他项目调试工作；
Assist the commissioning manager to complete other work in project.
12. 负责投标阶段机械/暖通调试的投标工作；
Responsible for the bidding work of mechanical commissioning in bidding stage;
13. 完成调试主管安排的其他工作
Complete the temporary work assigned by Commissioning supervisor.
任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above
2. 机械专业、机电专业、暖通专业或相关专业
Mechanical, electromechanical, HVAC or related.
3. 熟悉机械/暖通设备原理和机械调试流程
Familiar with the principle of Mechanical/HVAC equipment and Mechanical/HVAC pre-commissioning /commissioning process
4. 6年以上机械/暖通调试工作经验
6+ years working experience in Mechanical/HVAC commissioning
5. 具有满足工作需要的英语能力，具有较强的语言表达和沟通能力，具有较强的组织能力、理解判断能力和技术能力。
Excellent English. Strong communication skills, strong understanding, judgment, and technical skills.
6. 能够熟练使用CAD、Word、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件。
Be able to use CAD, word, Excel, PPT and other office software skillfully.
