• Provide design input and review on ExxonMobil Huizhou Chemical Complex (HCC) firefighting related facilities engineering work
• Support firefighting related facilities construction quality check as needed.
• Prepare and participate firefighting related facilities commissioning and start up
• Coordinate interfaces with Government agencies and external stakeholders on firefighting related regulatory compliance and permitting issues for HCC
• Help the firefighting and security organization and operating philosophy development and design to ensure the capability to effectively manage HCC fires and gas prevention
• Responsible for firefighting team recruitment.
• Responsible for team firefighting and emergency rescue competency buildup and improvement.
• Set safety culture and oversee the safety of all direct reports
• Help the development of HCC emergency response / preparedness programs and other necessary systems /tools to ensure all work meet regulatory and EM requirements
• Ensure all firefighting equipment and vehicles are purchased right, operational and well maintained.
Requirements
• College degree or above in Engineering / Science / Safety
• 10+ working experience in petrochemical industry and
• 5+ years in firefighting or equivalent area.
• Experience in petrochemical complex initial startup is an advantage
• Experience in international projects, MNC or JV is an advantage.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
