职责描述：
工作摘要：负责车间生产数据管理系统的日常管理，包括但不限于生产数据的搭建、维护、更新等，做好和一线统计员、队部、技术员等人员的对接沟通工作，并按部门要求生产各类生产报告。Responsible for the daily management of the workshop production data management system, including but not limited to the construction, maintenance, , etc. of production data, do a good job of docking and communication with front-line statisticians, team sites, technicians and other personnel, and produce various production reports according to the requirements of the department.
1直接参与部门数字化转型的IT技术工作，如生产管理系统框架搭建、功能需求分析、后期系统维护工作等；并与相关部门对接，完成部门生产管理系统的建设

2负责生产数据的搭建、维护、更新等工作

任职要求：
1、 本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above
2、计算机/软件工程/电子信息类相关专业
Majors in computer/software engineering/ electronic information
3、熟悉公司企业文化，熟悉企业管理流程、项目管理流程，对数字敏感，具备良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力。
Familiar with the company's corporate culture, familiar with enterprise management processes, project management processes, sensitive to numbers, with good logical thinking and data analysis capabilities.
4、1+年及以上数据库、编程等IT工作经验。
1+ years or above program or data management experience.
5、具有制造类企业生产管理系统的研发、使用、维护等相关经验；能够独立完成数字化转型的相关IT业务，有较好的抗压能力和沟通能力
