职位描述

1. Comply with company safety (OIMS), control and quality systems (DIAF/GPQMS/QP&G/ISO) requirements, and continuously support lab programs improvement. 2. Lead a shift team of lab technicians to carry out quality control testing of all in-process, intermediate and product samples. 3. Supports non-routine samples testing for process troubleshooting or development purposes. 4. Ensure that technician uses exact test methods to complete each sample testing as per the agreed sampling schedule. 5. Responsible for team’s technician development and bench competency build. 6. Liaise with 3rd Party Laboratories on the testing of samples. 7. Carry out quality activities like Round-robin Test and TMA, as well as participated in internal self-assessment on quality compliance. 8. Ensure that the controlled chemical inventory data base are d once verification are done on the chemical and quantity taken by the technician. 任职要求： 1. Bachelor degree in chemistry or chemical engineering with at least 5 years working experience in chemical lab. 2. Understand the test methods and fundamentals in at least one of the fields (Fuels, Olefins, Utility, Polymers or Environment).?? ? 3. Familiar with chemical analysis and instruments such as GC, FTIR, GC-MS, ICP, spectroscopy, viscometer, rheometer, etc. 4. Strong hands-on ability, data analysis and troubleshooting skills. 5. Familiar with ISO17025/ISO9001system and accreditation. Internal auditor qualifications are preferred. 6. Excellent safety, quality assurance awareness and communication skills. 7. Proficiency English and MS office.
