职责描述：
Primary Role:
1) Resident technical engineer supporting construction, commissioning,
startup of ASRS Warehouse process operations.
2) Ideal candidate should have ASRS experience as contact engineer with
some packaging & supply chain exposure.
3) Facilitate timely resolution of technical issues with all polymer
products, starting at the Packaging building until they leave EM
premises. This would cover the following areas:
a. Interface with Packaging Lines
b. Automated Warehouse (ASRS)
c. Truck Logistics – traffic, security, dispatch
d. Chemical & Raw Material Warehouse
4) Be the eye and ears for various technical organizations not resident
at contractors office:
a. EM Logistics Technology Specialists for GPPE, PP and LDPE
b. EM Engineering Specialists
c. EM Packaging
d. EM Polymer Packaging Process specialists.
e. EM Manufacturing & Startup team
f. EM Security & Logistics
g. EPC Contractor (SEI)
h. ASRS Vendor
i. Warehouse Operations Contractor
j. Packaging Operations Contractor
5) Manage technical interfaces with SEI, EM Technology, EM
Manufacturing, Equipment Vendors to ensure timely inputs are provided to
meet overall project schedule.
6) Ensure traffic flow and other logistical needs are addressed by the
project team for smooth post commissioning product movement.
7) Support Packaging & Warehouse team to ensure interfaces are run
smoothly to meet SEI and Vendor schedule
8) Provide support to construction and start-up team as required.
9) Provide technical support for pre-startup product dry to ensure no
delays of overall polymers startup.
10) Post-Start up, interface with onsite 3rd party operator of ASRS
warehouse to troubleshoot day-to-day operation.
11) Support and assist with capital engineering projects that enhance
the capability of onsite logistics processes.
Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible to support implement, commission/startup and maintain ASRS
warehouse
• To ensure SEI gets timely support for logistic issues by coordinating
with all other EM technologies, disciplines and businesses.
• Engages EM effectively in all project reviews in his/her areas such as
vendor reviews, HAZAMs, 3D Model Reviews, PSSRs, etc.
• Carry out reviews of DE deliverables to support product handling
within warehousing facilities.
• Confirm design supports requirements from traffic studies with support
from supply chain, technology, security and manufacturing.

• Mechanical, Electrical, or ideally Mechatronic Engineering Degree
• Self-driven and ability to influence without authority
• Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese
• Technical and/or contact experience in ASRS Warehouse operations
• Construction and Startup experience of ASRS Warehouse is preferred but
not required
• Packaging and supply chain experience is preferred but not required
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively interface with third party
service providers
• Good knowledge of PLC & HMI, Variable Frequency Drives
• Basic understanding of Profinet/profibus networks
• Basic understanding of safety-rated sensors
• Good understanding of Windows environment
• Good understanding of pneumatic/hydraulic equipment.
