职位描述

职责描述： 1. Comply with company safety (OIMS), control and quality systems (DIAF/GPQMS/QP&G/ISO) requirements, and continuously support lab programs improvement. 2. Supervise a team of day lab technicians supporting the lab & Environmental monitoring operations. 3. Ensure lab technicians cross-training plans are carried out as per planned. 4. Coordinate with lab shift team to support BU analysis for non-routine plant troubleshooting samples. 5. Ensure all the LIMS, LABLAN and Lab IT controls issues are addressed and resolved timely, and complete access review as per plan. 6. Ensure that the controlled chemical inventory data base are d once verification are done on the chemical and quantity taken by the technician. 任职要求： 1. Bachelor degree in chemistry or chemical engineering with at least 5 years working experience in chemical lab. 2. Supervisor experience in lab operation preferred. 3. Understand the test methods and fundamentals in at least one of the fields (Fuels, Olefins, Utility, Polymers or Environment). 4. Familiar with chemical analysis and instruments such as GC, FTIR, GC-MS, ICP, spectroscopy, viscometer, rheometer, etc. 5. Strong hands-on ability, data analysis and troubleshooting skills. 6. Familiar with ISO17025/ISO9001system and accreditation. Internal auditor qualifications are preferred. 7. Excellent safety, quality assurance awareness and communication skills. 8. Proficiency English and MS office.
