职位描述

Responsibility • Support the safe, efficient and on time start-up of ExxonMobil Huizhou Chemical Complex, meeting project objectives and strategies • SHE leadership – uphold the set highest SHE standard and practices, foster the desired safety culture & behaviors, competency and leadership in the Start Up team. • Help the recruit of lab employees. Liaise with other sites and 3rd party service provider to deliver quality training. Prepare training modules for the lab shift team and carry out competency testing to the required standard. • Support project for lab design. • Develop inspection plan and ensure field verification during construction phase to meet design specification. • Drive commissioning, start-up and testing procedures development, review and approval. • Prepare TO systems and job packs with project team and coordinate process walk downs / punch listing. Plan Project and Maintenance job packs for activities that require permitting. • Support various lab work process design and system and implementation, e.g. Operation Integrity Management System and GPQMS. • Plan and prepare assigned pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up work. Coordinate, lead or supervise multi-functional task team to start up the lab safely. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting of lab performance and reliability issues. Requirements • Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering / process / polymer / science or related major • 10 years relevant experience in the petrochemical and refinery industry, including 5 years in lab or R&D environment. • Experience in new lab setup is an advantage. • Experience in international projects, multi-national companies or joint ventures is an advantage. • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good knowledge of industry standards and practices related to process design and safety • Fluent in English. • Willing to relocate for 1 -2 years, if required
