• Effectively complete Console Structured Rounds to monitor and optimize
unit operations

• Recognize abnormal and non-routine conditions and take appropriate

• Maintain awareness of what the process technicians are doing in the
field in order to avoid problems

• Know the status of all equipment and understand the impact on the unit

• Document all changes, exceptions, and follow-up activities for shift
handover

• Understand unit’s limitation versus established run plan and act to
eliminate constraints
了解装置的受限情况和确定的运行计划，并消除装置局限
• Know and understand the logic behind Operating Envelopes. Understand
the Consequence of Deviation. Know how to recover and take timely,
appropriate corrective actions to get back inside OEs

• Recognize and respond appropriately to all alarms
识别所有警报并采取妥当的应对措施
• Own alarm performance and ensure making alarms function correctly

• Maintain effective communication with I/E/A regarding status of
instrumentation and analyzers

• Rationalize all standing, disabled, or inhibited alarms each shift

• Communicate the status of standing, disabled, or inhibited alarms at

• Follow all procedures and guidelines

Requirements任职资格：
• College or above in chemical engineering / process or related major.
化学工程/工艺及相关专业，大专以上学历
• At least 5 years of operating experience in BD, DIB/MTBE, GHU or BTX
unit, including experience of at least 2 years in the same position.
5年以上丁二烯抽提、二异丁烯/MTBE、汽油加氢或芳烃抽提装置工作经验，包括2年以上同岗位经历
• Experience in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up in Olefin
is an advantage.
有裂解装置预试车、试车和原始开工经历者优先考虑
• Fast learning, good communication, initiative and team player.
有良好的沟通领悟能力，有进取心和工作主动性，具备团队合作精神
• Hard Working. Adaptable to shift work.
工作认真负责，能适应倒班工作
