POSITION SUMMARY 

职位概述:
To be responsible for implementing HR service and programs in line with business objectives for CAPC and to provide constructive input to HR&Admin Director. Major responsibilities include Industrial relations, performance management, training and development, enterprise culture and other related works.   

根据公司的业务目标,负责执行人事服务和方案,并向人事行政总监提供建设性的建议。主要职责包括:劳资关系、绩效管理、培训和发展、企业文化及其它相关工作。

Nature and Scope

性质和范围:
The job holder reports directly to HR&Admin Director. The primary accountability of job holder is covered performance management, training and development, Industrial relations and enterprise culture. Including in implementing new employee orientation and annual training programs, designing and optimizing organization structure,implementing performance evaluation process, formulating and developing human resources plan, drawing up related policies and workflow,etc.
该任职者直接向人事行政总监负责。首要职责是:绩效管理、培训和发展、劳资关系、以及企业文化。包括:进行新员工入职培训和实施年度培训计划、设计并优化组织结构、实行绩效评估、制定人力资源管理方案、起草相关政策和工作流程等等。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

主要职责:
1、 Organizational Structure : To be responsible for the establishments, function allocation, personnel quota and human resources plan of CAPC. Develops and supports organizational development and alignment through organizational restructuring and the integration of groups.
组织结构:负责公司的建立、职能配置、职工定员、人力资源计划。通过组织结构重组和组群的合并,支持组织发展和校准。

2、 Performance Management: Understands the elements of the Performance Management process and implement the annual appraisal program.Assists Department managers in improving and enhancing employee performance through the employment of the Performance evaluation tools.

绩效管理:了解绩效管理的基本理念,实行年度评估。通过绩效评估手段,支持部门经理改善和提高雇员绩效。

3、 Training and Development : Annually develops overall strategic view of the T&D needs for the organization. Identifies the appropriate training needs and courses. Develops the training schedule which is in support of the strategic plan. Provides the logistic support for training. Consults with external trainers and vendors in support of training needs. Proposes course outlines and liaises with trainers on content development to meet current needs. Collates course feedback, reviews feedback and adjusts programs accordingly. 

培训和发展:每年对组织培训和发展的需要提出全面的战略性策略,确定适当的培训需求和课程,制定能支持战略性计划培训方案,为培训提供后勤支持。向外部培训师和供应商咨询,寻求培训支持。列出课程大纲,在内容进展方面与培训师保持联络,以满足当前的需要;整理课程反馈和评审反馈,并据此相应调整计划。

4、 Enterprise Culture: Provides the HR support in all Enterprise culture activities and helps to lead in the integration of the new & seconded employees into the organization through the implementation of a change management plan.

企业文化:为企业文化活动提供人事支持,通过实施管理计划变更,引导新员工和调派员工共同融入组织。

5、 Government Regulatory Issues and Employment Law: Understands employment laws and regulations to determine their applicability and impact on CAPC. Included in representing CAPC before a variety of regulatory bodies on issues. Keenly manages relationship with government agencies. Protects and advances the interests of both employees and the company.

政府规范问题和雇佣法:了解雇佣法律法规,及其对公司的适用性和影响。包括在各种监管机构问题上代表公司,认真处理与政府机构的关系。保护并提高员工与公司的利益。

6、 Counseling and Coaching : Provides constructive counseling and coaching on a variety of topics, especially working with employees on career plans to maximize human and organization performance.

咨询和辅导:从各方面提供建设性的咨询和辅导,尤其在职业规划方面与员工共事如何实现个人与组织的效能最大化。

7、Any other duties as assigned. 公司安排的其他职责。


JOB REQUIREMENTS

任职资格:
1、University degree in HR management or related discipline, MBA or business communication is preferable, over 4 years of HR experience in large scale companies, at least 2 years HR experience in multinational company; 

人力资源管理或相关专业大学本科学历;MBA或具有商务沟通背景者优先;具有四年以上在大型公司从事人力资源工作经验;至少两年跨国公司工作经验
2、 Good communication skills, including written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin), listening and PC skills; 

良好的沟通技巧,包括英语和中文(普通话)听、说、写技巧和计算机能力。
3. Demonstrated knowledge and skills of human resource management;  

充分掌握的人力资源管理知识和技能。
4. Well developed interpersonal skills; 

熟练的人际沟通技巧;
5. Good analytical and problem solving skills; 

较强的分析和解决问题能力。
6. A good team player & have excellent team building skills.

具有团队合作精神,有良好的团队建设能力。
