理化分析师/Chemist 面议

职位描述

岗位职责：
1、负责化学实验室的化学技术；
2、确认测试方式用正确的方法评估产品；
3、确保生产的产品符合规定的质量要求，确保所有的化学相关工作按标准运作，为产品注册、生产过程、设备验证及客户投诉提供技术支持；
4、对物料和产品的贮存条件进行确定和稳定性研究。

任职资格：
1、化学、生物化学或相关专业学士学位以上学历，至少3年以上制药企业理化实验室工作经验；
2、熟悉理化实验室检验方法、流程、样品管理和实验室设备；
3、能够阅读并理解英文文件，英语的写和说的能力要求中上水平；
4、较强的分析和处理问题的能力；
5、熟悉GMP/GLP等相关法规的要求；
6、良好的数据分析技能，熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件；
7、有管理和监督理化实验室经验的更佳。

Responsible:
1.Responsible for chemistry technology;
2.Ensure that all chemical related works are performed up to standard;
3.Provide technical support for product registration, process, equipment, validation and complaints;
4.Stability Study for the material and product to confirm the shelf life and storage requirement.

Qulifacations:
1.At least 3 years chemical laboratory experience in pharmaceutical companies with Bachelor degree or above in chemistry / biochemistry or related science.
2.Be familiar with physicchemical test procedures, test practice, samples management and lab equipments.
3.Be able to read and understand English documents. With above average command of English knowledge both written and oral.
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.Familiar with regulatory requirements (GMP/GLP, etc).
6.Good data analysis skills. Be proficient in using the computer software such as Word, Excel and etc.
7.Preferably had experience in managing and supervising physic-chemical Laboratory.
