职位描述

岗位职责:
1、开拓并发展汽车催化剂中国市场;
2、负责中国市场汽车催化剂销售;
3、协调并为欧洲总部商业活动提供便利;
4、鉴别并反馈市场需求与趋势;
5、向部门经理及中国分公司总经理汇报;
6、搜集市场信息,鉴别并寻求商业机会,与销售团队一道制订销售与市场策略;
7、计划与执行销售工作,定期拜访客户并保持良好沟通,维护现有客户关系并开发新的潜在客户,及时更新并汇报客户需求等相关信息;
8、处理客户订单,并根据总部指示与客户商议合同条款;
9、在内部各相关部门与客户间进行协调,确保从收到订单直至付款接收的各个环节顺利进行。

任职资格:
1、工业催化/内燃机(热能与动力工程)专业/汽车工程专业大学本科学历,如再持有工商管理或市场营销专业硕士学位者将优先考虑;
2、具有中国市场销售/商业拓展工作记录,之前具有中国汽车市场特别是重型汽车/发动机工作经验并已建立一定联系者将优先考虑;
3、3~5年工作经验,具有汽车行业跨国公司工作经验者将优先考虑;
4、具有良好的销售与沟通技巧,口头与书面中英文流畅;
5、注重结果,独立,自我激励,具有团队精神。

Responsibilities:
1.Develop and grow the automotive SCR catalyst market in China;
2.Responsible for automotive catalyst sales in China Market;
3.Coordinate, facilitate business activities with support from head office in Europe;
4.Identify and feedback market needs and trends;
5.Report to the Department Head and General Manager of China branch;
6.Collect market information, identify and seek business opportunities, work out sales and marketing strategies in collaboration of sales team;
7.Plan and carry out sales activities, visit customer regularly and keep efficient communication, to maintain present customer relationship and develop new potential customers, update customer requirements and other relational information;
8.Deal with customers orders and negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers under guidance of head office;
9.Coordinate with related internal departments and customers to ensure the smooth process from order receiving to payment receiving.

Qualification:
1.Solid education background of Industry Catalytic/ Internal-combustion engine (thermo-dynamic engineering) / Automotive engineering, and post graduate in Business Administration or Marketing will be advantageous;
2.Proven track record of sales/business development in China. Prior working experience in China and having established certain contacts in automotive industry especially of heavy duty vehicle/engine will be advantageous;
3.3~5 years working experience, experiences in multi-national Corporation in automotive industry will be advantageous;
4.Good sales and communication skills, fluency in both English and Chinese, oral and written;
5.Results-oriented, independent and self-motivated, grow as a team member in china.
