岗位职责：
To implement CES activities in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner through the design, installation and maintenance of equipment on Linde customer sites.
通过对林德客户现场工程的设计、安装和维修服务，使CES业务安全、高效及成本最优化。
1、Management of CES（CES管理）
Implement East Area & NB Cluster CES developing common operating standards, equipments and procedures. This is achieved through the following platforms.
1、通过如下平台，执行和发展东区和宁波集群CES统一的操作标准、设备以及程序：
(1)Project Management （项目管理）
Responsible for the development of engineering designs, proposals, quotations and orders together with the installation, commissioning and handover training for new and existing customers. Responsible for the progress control, cost control, quality control, contractor evaluation, selection and supervision.
负责工程的设计、建议书的编制、询价、订货、安装、调试和移交。对新客户和现有客户进行培训。负责项目进度、费用和质量的控制及承包商的评估、选择和监督。
(2)Service Management （服务管理）
Responsible for the servicing and maintenance of Linde and some customer owned equipments in line with current legislation and/or Linde standards and for maintaining appropriate records. Be responsible for routine inspection, legislative inspection, refurbishment, corrective maintenance, emergency call, etc.
负责维修维护属于林德和一些客户所拥有的设备，要符合现行的法律标准和/或Linde标准，并做好适当的记录。负责林德资产的常规检查，法定校验，翻新，校正性维护及应急抢修等。
(3)Asset Management and Documentation（资产管理及存档）
Responsible for the refurbishment and utilization of all Linde CES owned capital equipment across NB cluster to ensure effective capital cost control and responsible for assets documentation management.
负责翻新及利用所有林德宁波集群CES所有的固定资产设备，以确保有效地控制资本成本。负责资产的档案管理。
(4)Technical Support（技术支持）
Responsible for the control of all standards utilized within CES and to provide input in the development of standards to meet new legislation.
负责控制所有标准在CES中均得到运用与体现，并能不断地改进与发展使之符合新的法律要求。
(5)Communication with Government, Government License Application and Legislation Inspection （与政府部门沟通, 政府使用证申请, 法定检验）
Be responsible for the communication with Government for pressure vessel license, pressure pipeline license, safety appraisal, Legislation Inspection, etc.
负责与政府相关部门（质量技术监督，锅检，计量，安监, 消防, 管委等）的沟通并取得压力容器使用证，压力管道使用证，安全评估证书及法定检验证书等。
(6).Application Project management and implementation （应用项目的管理的执行）
Be responsible for the management and implementation of the application project, for example, waster water treatment project, pharmaceutical refrigeration project, oxygen enrichment project for steel plant, etc .
负责应用项目的管理和执行，如水处理项目，药业冷冻项目，钢厂富氧化项目等。
(7)Non standard project management and implementation（非标项目的管理的执行）
Be responsible for non standard project management and implementation including mixers, pumps, compressors, purifiers, manifolds, H2 projects, C2H2 projects, SO2 projects, High pressure projects, etc.
负责非标项目的管理和执行，包括混配器，低温泵，压缩机，纯化器，汇流排，氢气项目，乙炔项目，二氧化硫项目，高压项目等。
(8)Technical Support for Sales （销售支持）
Be responsible for the technical support for Sales and provide the different solution to satisfy the different need of the customers.
负责对销售的技术支持并针对客户不同的需求提供不同的技术方案。
(9)Distribution Tanker Maintenance （配送槽车的维修(罐体部分)）
Be responsible for the maintenance of Distribution Tanker.
负责配送槽车的维修。
2、Safety Responsibilities （安全责任）：
To provide a safe workplace environment for the teams, contractors and customers to include.
为CES团队，承包商和客户提供一个安全的工作环境。包括：
(1)Provision of suitable Risk Assessment materials.
提供适当的风险评估材料。
(2)Implementation of Management of change and Permit to Work procedures in the East Area & NB Cluster
在东区和宁波贯彻执行MOC及PTW程序。
(3)Training of Linde CES staff as well as contractors in line with Linde safety standards and requirements.
为Linde的CES员工和承包商提供安全标准和要求的培训。
(4)Assistance in the development of risk assessments.
协助改进风险评估。
(5)Provision of safe systems of work.
提供安全的工作系统。
(6)Provision of suitable and sufficient work equipment.
提供适当而充足的工作装备供使用。
(7)Provision of suitable and sufficient PPE.
提供适当而充足的个人防护装备供使用。
(8)Report all near misses and actual incidents and the implementation of measures to prevent re-occurrence.
汇报所有的事故苗子及事故，采取措施避免再次发生。
(9)Attending of regular team/group meetings which include Safety as a permanent agenda item.
定期参加团队/小组会议，将安全作为一项永久的议题。
(10)To feedback any information to the East Area & NB CES Department which can assist in the improvement in safety performance.
向东区和宁波 CES部门反馈所有的能够协助改善安全性能的信息。
(11)Completion of the internal audit plan and customer owned tank audit.
完成内部审计计划及客户自有贮槽的审计。
3.Report preparation （准备报表）
Monthly management reports on accident and incidents, project activities, maintenance KPI, asset management, service levels and work in progress.
针对事故及事件，项目活动，维修KPI，资产管理，服务水平以及进行中的工作，准备每月的管理报告。

任职资格：
1.Degree in a chemical or engineering discipline. 化学或工程专业；
2.3 years experience in a contracting/project management role.3年的项目管理经历；
3.Wide range of industries and an understanding of how Linde products support these.
广泛的行业知识，并了解林德的产品是如何在这些行业中应用的；
4.Compliance with safety standards and codes of practice.
遵守安全标准以及行为规范；
5.In depth knowledge of engineering practices.
6.Quality procedures.

7.Gases and their properties.
